Refund Policy
When AI Christmas Photos refunds credits and payments: failed photos are refunded automatically, and unused packs can be refunded within 14 days.

Failed photos are refunded automatically
Each photo uses 1 credit. If a photo fails or times out, the credits go back to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Unused credits
Credits from packs never expire. If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the payment in full.
Used credits
A photo that was made successfully uses its credits. We do not refund used credits because each photo has a real compute cost. If a photo came out broken (missing people, garbled faces, wrong scene), email us the date and the scene and we will return the credits.
Cards
Christmas cards are made in your browser from a finished photo and cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
How to ask
Email support@aichristmasphotos.org from the address on your account, with the order date and what went wrong. We reply within two business days.
