Email support@aichristmasphotos.org for anything about your account, a photo, billing or your data. Write from the email address you signed in with, so we can find your account.

This is the only official contact for AI Christmas Photos at aichristmasphotos.org. We are not affiliated with other sites that use a similar name, and we cannot help with accounts or payments on those sites.

Report a photo

Email support@aichristmasphotos.org with the subject "Report" if a picture made here:

• shows you, your child, or someone you represent, without consent;
• impersonates a public figure;
• contains hateful, sexual or threatening content.

Include the picture or a screenshot, and say why it breaks the rules. We review every report, delete pictures that break our rules, and close the accounts that made them.

Delete your photos

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. To delete your finished Christmas photos or your whole account sooner, email us from your account address. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Billing and refunds

A failed photo is refunded as credits automatically. For anything else about a payment, see the Refund Policy or email us with your order date and the email you paid with.
